JOINT EVENING WORSHIP SERVICE AT OAKWOOD THIS SUNDAY NIGHT, MAY 20, AT 6:00 PM: Please join us this Sunday, May 20, at 6:00 PM for the Joint Worship Service with Grace Reformed Presbyterian Church for a time of singing and worship. The Rev. David Hansen will preach at Oakwood and after the service we will share in a time of fellowship and light refreshments. If you can bring goodies to share please contact Linda B. at oakwoodpca@yahoo.com. Thank you.

BABYSITTING FOR FELLOWSHIP DINNER GROUPS: Calling all babysitters! Along with the sign-up sheets for the Fellowship Dinner Groups, there will be a sign-up sheet in the foyer for babysitting. If you love kids and would like to be a blessing to families with kids, please sign up to babysit. This will enable families with children to enjoy an evening out with their dinner groups! Please contact Pam R. at 814-867-1817 or pjreed66@gmail.com if you have any questions. Thanks!

FELLOWSHIP DINNER GROUPS: Are you looking for a fun opportunity for fellowship? Why not join a Fellowship Dinner Group! Starting May 6, sign-up sheets for Fellowship Dinner Groups will be available in the foyer. Each group is made up of six to seven people (adults, couples, singles, or any combination) who meet together for a meal in each other's homes during the summer months. The groups should be made up of people who don't know each other too well, so sign-up with the host you know the least. Each host will contact the people in their group to organize the first meal, which will be held in June. Ideally, the second meal will be held at a different group member's home, etc. The goal is to meet once in each member's home by the end of the summer. When your group has completed its goal, the group may choose to continue or disband. Fellowship Dinner Groups are for adults, but an exception is made for nursing moms. The deadline for signing up is May 20th and group information will be distributed by May 27th. Please contact Pam R. at 814-867-1817 or pjreed66@gmail.com if you have any questions.

OAKWOOD MEN'S BACKPACKING/CAMPING TRIP: There is a men's backpacking/overnight camping trip being planned for May 19th and 20th. Fathers are welcome to bring their sons. We will camp in Penn Roosevelt State Park. You will need to bring your own food and camping supplies, including the following:

The church will provide the main dish, hot dogs and burgers, so please bring a side dish or dessert to share. The park has a creek, playground, sand volleyball, softball field, open fields and horseshoes. Please bring sports equipment! We will be in Pavilion #2, the one closest to the walking bridge and swing set. We have also created an RSVP page to help us better track our numbers. Please follow the link and RSVP so that we can plan appropriately. You don't need to register or create an account, just enter your name and numbers. Finally, if you would like to help with cooking, set up or clean up, please contact Conal & Kris C. at 814-359-4307, cfc4@psu.edu or carr5kris@yahoo.com.

POSSIBLE MINISTRY/JOB OPPORTUNITY: Would you like to act as a grandparent or family member to our son whose grandparents are in Montana? The Zuroffs are looking for someone to get to know their son by helping take care of him twice a week (2-3 hours at a time).
